RESOLUTION NO. 2005-857
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT FOR ISLE OF CAPRI ADDITION IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 19th day of September, 2005, at a regular
rnee-ting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
-Pe-1iminary Plat for Isle of Capri Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
touiity, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
=ta 'and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
`Programming and Zoning Commission; and
• WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
5 hould receive approval of this Council with the stipulation that
=any future expansion be for hotel expansion and not for a
Qnvention center.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
_CTY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat for Isle of
apri Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
ie-reby approved with the stipulation that any future expansion be
for hotel expansion and not for a convention center and the Mayor
and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby
authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to
said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2005 .
