BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

JWHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
t} ity Council asking that Crystal Distribution Services, Inc.
be- allowed to place asphalt in the area between the back of the
-ill and the right-of-way line at 1442 Sycamore Street .
-- J NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA '4RLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Crystal
Ditribution Services, Inc. to place asphalt in the area between
th tiback of the curb and the right-of-way line at 1442 Sycamore
Stre=et, subject to the following condition:
= 1 . Installation and future maintenance of the asphalt area
v 7 will be the responsibility of Crystal Distribution
