RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF R & B
ENTERPRISES LTD CORP. FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
BETWEEN NEWELL STREET AND MARTIN LUTHER KING
JR. DRIVE IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOME MANUFACTURING PLANT
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "M-2, P"
Planned Industrial District for property generally located
between Newell Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in the
Northeast Industrial Park for construction of a home manufacturing
plant, legally described as follows :
A part of the NW of Section 20-89-12, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Northeast
Industrial Park Plat No. 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa; thence N 20°33' 41" W along the Southerly
R-O-W line of Newell Street a distance of 18 . 19 feet;
thence N 89°44' 01" W along the Southerly R-O-W line of
Newell Street a distance of 1451 . 32 feet to the East
line of the West 194 . 40 feet of the NW i, NW 1,1 of said
Section 20; thence S 00°20' 19" E along the East line of
the West 194 . 40 feet of the NW ;1, NW 1,1 of said Section
20 a distance of 1192 . 29 feet; thence S 89°44' 23" E a
