13 thence East 210 feet along Northerly line of
Northwest 11 Southeast '41 said Section thence South
parallel West line Southeast a distance of 1069. 56
feet thence Southeasterly 261 . 64 feet along a curve
concave Northeasterly having a radius of 576. 62 feet
and a long chord of 259. 40 feet to a point on South

WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
