s WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
s PLAT OF ANDERSON' S EIGHTH ADDITION IN THE

CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

c WHEREAS, on this 26th day of September, 2005, at a regular
meet; ng of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary Plat of Anderson' s Eighth Addition, Waterloo, Black
w Hall County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to ' nd has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Frbgramming and Zoning Commission; and
? _ -; WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
mould receive approval of this Council .
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C=IY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Anderson' s
Eighth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2005 .
