RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
j ISLE OF CAPRI ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

-- WHEREAS, on this 26th day of September, 2005, at a regular

meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Fria Plat of Isle of Capri Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
4- G'ort.y, Iowa, was presented for approval, and
✓WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
and ,:has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
an :Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
r-� eive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C3TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Isle of Capri
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
gowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2005 .
