RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM QWEST AND
s o v DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID PROPOSAL BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t the Proposal dated September 26, 2005, to place a fiber
Rcic line along the east side of Ansborough Avenue from Black
clo Iiaizk Road to the John Deere Community Credit Union at 1827
isborough Avenue and hang the conduit from the Ansborough Avenue
bridge over Black Hawk Creek, by and between Qwest and the City
f Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
