DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

Lo v IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
P 'E-RL6O, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the sanitary sewer
erring, the Summerland Farms Addition, as submitted by Schenk
-E g -heering Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment
Agreemet dated September 26, 2005, by and between the Iowa
Departrtment of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
ct same are hereby approved and Mayor authorized to execute
airtE- in 'behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
