RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
s ¢ - PURCHASE OF NEW FIRE ENGINE.
WHEREAS,•
the CityCouncil previously instructed the Fire
o -Chief, to prepare and file specifications, bidding document, form
w of- contract, etc. , for the Purchase of New Fire Engine, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications,
.budding document, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of the
amity of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
:of; contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
' pproved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2005 .
