AS_FOLLOWS :
$eation 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

Waterloo-, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 7th day of November, 2005, for
the 13urpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
skppc=;fiations, bidding document, form of contract, etc. for the
Purc ase of New Fire Engine, in the City of Waterloo and the
aknc , of bids therefore.
` Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Go4rier.
