r; RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
s < - PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR NEW PUMPER AND
• YK REPLACEMENT OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chie-f, to prepare and file specifications, bidding document, form
o' ofcontract, etc. , for the Purchase of Equipment for New Pumper
co anti-`Replacement of Rescue Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa as specified in the specifications, and

r- ... WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications,
idjng document, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of the
-Ciyof Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
s = NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
of-contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
