Se•ction 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

Woo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 7th day of November, 2005, for
the u , purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
species cations, bidding document, form of contract, etc. for the
Pu,rchase 'of Equipment for New Pumper and Replacement of Rescue
E-qu1pment in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
_- = Seetion 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
