That the bid of Municipal Pipe & Tool of Hudson, Iowa, in the
amount of $109, 453. 00, for the Purchase of Sewer Maintenance
'Flusher Truck for Waste Management Services, described in the
E-specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purc_hase, after public hearing on published notice required by
