RESOLUTION NO. 2005-895
RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF 11' TALL
FENCING AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Minor Site Plan Amendment to the
"M-2, P" Planned Industrial District to allow installation of 11'
tall fencing at Waterloo Regional Airport, legally described as
follows :
Parcel No. 891305101001 - Unplatted Waterloo East East

And

except Railroad Section 5 Township 89 Range 13 and

WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site
Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor
Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
^CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Minor Site Plan Amendment to the
T1-2, P" Planned Industrial District for installation of 11' tall
fencing at the Waterloo Regional Airport, be and the same is
