RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MAIN
s Q STREET WATERLOO AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
twat the Professional Services Agreement dated October 3, 2005,
atT a total cost of $30, 000 . 00, to provide technical and
professional services in conjunction with redevelopment of
do.antown Waterloo, by and between Main Street Waterloo and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 2005 .
