RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
s DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
s u EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
:tkat the Application dated October 3, 2005, to place signs within
`State Highway Right of Way to allow Five Star Snow Trails
-As-sociation to place snowmobile trail signs on city right-of-way,
o ::by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
cA -Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
_authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
o-wa .
