RESOLUTION NO. 2005-905
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID DEMOLITION COSTS IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 (3) (h) allows
municipalities to certify unpaid demolition costs to the
benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same
is hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer against property taxes unpaid demolition costs to the
following properties :
318 E. 8th Street
Original Plat Waterloo East Southwest 35 feet Northwest
90 feet Lot 6 Block 24, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
