' ` RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
`% TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement, Supplemental Agreement
' Nb. 2 dated October 10, 2005, for construction review services at
-1 -an estimated cost of $15, 000 . 00, in conjunction with Floodwall
Relocation at the Waterloo Center For The Arts Youth Pavilion, by
^' :and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
y Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Q, --authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 2005 .
