= ' RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR SURFACE
- -- ' TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (STP) FUNDS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement dated October 10, 2005, for Surface
Tr-anTsportation Program (STP) funds for traffic safety and
op iational improvements, in conjunction with F. Y. 2006 San
Ia�rnan Drive Traffic Improvements - Phase III, Contract No. 702,
by, and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Tdaterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
