RESOLUTION NO. 2005-921
J Q r. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SUMMERLAND FARMS ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
j _ WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
condition precedent to the final approval of Summerland Farms
addition; namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
end
7,77 WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards and
'zequirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Ernster & Company, Inc. has provided a two-year
:-Maintenance bond for said Summerland Farms Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
.CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Summerland
;:Farms Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 2005 .
