RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF DEER CREEK PLAT NO. 1 IN THE CITY OF
n -, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

• c - WHEREAS, on this 10th day of October, 2005, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
'TileTiminary Plat of Deer Creek Plat No. 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk
tlthty, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
o ;and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
?fbaramming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
-, hbuld receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C1-TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Deer Creek
_Plat No. 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
,hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
-Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolutions .
