- < RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
n COST, ETC. , FOR CONCRETE REPLACEMENT AT FIRE
STATION NO. 1 .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
=-Specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
c etc. , for the construction of the Concrete Replacement at Fire
r;' .Station No. 1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
'specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
And preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 2005 .
