WHEREAS, a public hearing,
17, 2r05, and no objections were made. notice, was held on October
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Asbestos Removal of Structures
Connected With Riverfront Development Project, known as Contract
No. 123-AR-10-17-05 EDA, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2005 .
