AR7,10-17-05 EDA, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
^= aproved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed

-77: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it

approved.
