-n s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Yra the Encroachment Agreement dated October 17, 2005 to hard

c eet, between West 4th and West 5th Streets, legally described
follows :
o = s Leavitt Lusch and Miller Subdivision of Lots 6 and 7 in
Block 17 Lots 1 and 2 Southwesterly 40 feet of alley

adjacent to said lots on Southeast Original Plat
Waterloo West Southwesterly 40 feet Lots 8, 9 and 10
Block 17 Northeasterly 20 feet of Bluff Street lying
H between 4th and 5th Streets, in the City of Waterloo,

and between Depot Restoration (Heaton & Adams) of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
