RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DWAYNE M. PRICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated October 17, 2005 to build a
x 22' garage addition to the rear of existing garage located

at,.� 1224 Ingersoll Road, legally described as follows :

Lot No. 140 in Central Heights II Addition, in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;

'and between Dwayne M. Price of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa .
