G .WHEREAS, on this 17th day of October, 2005, at a. regular
oet .ng of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
P-rkiminary Plat of Mike Taylor' s Minor Plat of Survey, Waterloo,
4 B'lac Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
~WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted

Programming and Zoning Commission; and
- 7 WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and

- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY- OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Mike
Taylor' s Minor Plat of Survey, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
lie and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolutions .
