THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,

WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should

* NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Mike Taylor' s
Minor Plat of Survey, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and
it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2005 .
