RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR PUBLIC
AGENCY DESIGNATION FORM WITH IOWA HOMELAND
SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Request for Public Agency Designation Form with Iowa
' Homeland Security and Emergency Management to allow access to the
N toza Communications Network in the event of state disaster
Co074rgency or a homeland security event, be and the same is hereby
a proved and Police Chief authorized to submit necessary
c� d-ocumentation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2005 .
