RESOLUTION DEDICATING 10' EASEMENT ALONG A
PORTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 1 AND TRACT
"B" IN EKHO RIDGE ADDITION GENERALLY LOCATED
IN CASSI RIDGE, JUST WEST OF WEST 4TH STREET
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:

That part of Lot One (1) and Tract "B" of Ekho Ridge
Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa. An Easement for storm sewer purposes described
as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1) ;
thence South 89°00' 30" East Seventy-four and Eighteen
Hundredths (74 . 18) feet along the North line of said
Lot One (1) to the West line of Storm Sewer Easement as
described in Easement Book 9, Page 225 of the Black
Hawk County Recorder' s Office; thence South 00°59' 30"
West Twenty (20 . 00) feet along the West line of said
Easement to the South line of an Existing Twenty
(20 . 00) foot Easement as per aforesaid Ekho Ridge
Addition and to the point of beginning; thence continue
South 00°59' 30" West Ten (10 . 00) along. said West line
to the Southwest corner of aforesaid Storm Sewer
Easement; thence North 89°00' 30" West One Hundred
Forty-two (142 . 00) feet; thence North 00°59' 30" East
Ten (10 . 00) feet to a point on said South line of
aforesaid Easement as per said Ekho Ridge Addition;
thence South 89°00' 30" East One Hundred Forty-two
(142 . 00) feet along said South line to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for storm sewer purposes .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2005.
