RESOLUTION DEDICATING 131- ' EASEMENT ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF TWO PROPERTIES GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE 400 BLOCK OF BOURLAND AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
That part of Lot No. Nineteen (19) in "Auditor Sears'
Plat No. 1", Waterloo, Iowa, lying North of a line
running from the Northeast corner of Lot No. Sixteen
(16) to the most Northwesterly corner of Lot No.
Twenty-two (22) in said Addition, except the East
Seventy (70) feet thereof; subject to an easement for
ingress and egress over the South Thirty (30) feet of
the property hereby conveyed, except the West Twenty-
five (25) feet thereof, for the benefit of the other
owners of said Lot No. Nineteen (19) ; together with an
easement for ingress and egress over a part of said Lot
No. Nineteen (19) that is Thirty (30) feet on either
side of a line running from the Northeast corner of
said Lot No. Sixteen (16) to the most Northwesterly
corner of said Lot No. Twenty-two (22) in said
Addition, except that part lying West of a line that is
Five (5) feet East of the East line of said Lot No.
Sixteen (16) and excepting the property hereby
conveyed, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for sanitary sewer purposes .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2005 .
