C - RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
C' ^ s SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
s COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONCRETE
REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION NO. 1 .
s . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
• 1eretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
c--i Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
::specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Concrete
ro Replacement at Fire Station No. 1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

v .-- WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
- ale said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
_ tc. , for the Concrete Replacement at Fire Station No. 1, which
were preliminarily approved on October 10, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
-124-, 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
Hpontract, etc. , for the Concrete Replacement at Fire Station No.
:1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 2005 .
