RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
CINGULAR WIRELESS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s 41-ot the Five-Year Agreement dated October 24, 2005, to lease
• rand for the placement of a cellular tower within the fenced area

Waterloo Airport, at a cost of $700 . 00 per month with option for

behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 2005 .
