RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CD `- WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND
s NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF DEER CREEK PLAT NO. 1,
-. ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
—WHEREAS, on this 24th day of October, 2005, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
FinaI Plat of Deer Creek Plat No. 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iawa was presented for approval, and

-1HWHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
and. :lias been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
and Zoning Commission, and
-_-WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY- OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Deer Creek Plat
No:.. - 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
