s s RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED
- J TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
` < BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated October 24, 2005, in the amount of
412, 360 . 00, plus $600 . 00 per day, in conjunction with Riverfront
`' Development Project Asbestos Removal, Contract No. 123-AR-10-17-
c -05- EDA, by and between Advanced Technologies, Inc. of Waterloo,
r; owa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
cc' approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
