WITH DAVID AND JAMIE LEONHART AND DIRECTING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated October 24, 2005 to allow a
=fence in street right-of-way adjacent to Lots 98 and 99 of
o Prgspect Place (111 Frederic Avenue) , legally described as
o follows :

Prospect Place Lot 98 Lot 99, in the City of Waterloo,
H Black Hawk County, Iowa;
byand between David and Jamie Leonhart of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
ana the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 2005 .
