RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM GALLAGHER
BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PROPOSAL BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• -that the Proposal dated October 24 , 2005, at a cost of
2-5, 000 . 00, plus travel costs, to provide consulting/bidding
c :Services for the city' s medical, prescription, drug, dental and
o vision insurance for the year beginning July 1, 2006, by and
R' -'between Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. of Greenwood Village,
Colorado, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
— hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
