RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
r;H > .. SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
v COST, ETC. , FOR STORAGE BUILDINGS FOR FIRE
v 7 RESCUE AND POLLUTION CONTROL.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
:-bf$icial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
o T -specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
et'c , for the construction of Storage Buildings for Fire Rescue
" :and :Pollution Control, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified
rc; ire the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
.filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Is-wa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
aid preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 2005 .
