IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
),. ,FOLLOWS:
- Seion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall= me-et at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Water-iaor Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 14th day of November, 2005,
-far. the- -purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
:specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for Storage
Buiidinga for Fire Rescue and Pollution Control, in the City of
Illater_lao and the taking of construction bids therefore.

A Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
