RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
_. BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR

- " PURCHASE OF 4-6 TON PORTABLE TANDEM STATIC ROLLER.
'=: : WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Streets, to prepare and file specifications,
bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 4-6
(-71 'op Portable Tandem Static Roller, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
C= )ate specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has filed said
-specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , and the
suncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
tea-me.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
of contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
