BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF

NEW FIRE ENGINE.

c H, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
• fbposed specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. ,
c =±6r the Purchase of New Fire Engine, in the City of Waterloo,
_Iowa, and
ns WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the
-Tgrchase of New Fire Engine, which were preliminarily approved on
eptember 26, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
r. 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
JJncument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of New Fire
engine, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
3eleby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
