RESOLUTION NO. 2005-983
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF LINCOLN
SAVINGS BANK TO PLACE 150 FEET OF DRAIN TILE
IN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the Associate Engineer has made written application
to the City Council asking that Lincoln Savings Bank of Waterloo,
Iowa be authorized and permitted to place 150 feet of drain tile
in city right-of-way generally located along the south ditch line
on the south side of San Marnan Drive, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Lincoln Savings Bank of
Waterloo, Iowa to place 150 feet of drain tile in city right-of-
way generally located along the south ditch line on the south
side of San Marnan Drive, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
