RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF NEW FIRE ENGINE .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-978, specifications, bidding
44ocument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of New Fire
s engine, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
`adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
oH NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
co
-ipproved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
