' RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
< - EQUIPMENT FOR NEW PUMPER AND REPLACEMENT OF
v H RESCUE EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Aberetofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
nosed specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. ,
clr the Purchase of Equipment for New Pumper and Replacement of
Zegcue Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
-specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the
,Purchase of New Pumper and Replacement of Rescue Equipment, which
wer preliminarily approved on September 26, 2005, and
NT 71 WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
,., 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATI$RLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
dacUment, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of New Pumper
aiid Replacement of Rescue Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005.
