16 PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR NEW PUMPER AND
c = REPLACEMENT OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-980, specifications, bidding
d cument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Equipment
for New Pumper and Replacement of Rescue Equipment, in the City
'o4 Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
c ratter the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
co -WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
1 so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
proved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
