CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR CONCRETE
REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION NO. 1, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $49, 858 . 00, PLUS $750 . 00 FOR WINTER
PROTECTION.

That the bid of D.C. Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
' rnp nt of $49, 858 . 00, plus $750. 00 for winter protection, for the
an#truction of the Concrete Replacement at Fire Station No. 1,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
thus Council for said project, after public hearing on published
O tSce required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
he-slowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
-eant.ract with the said contractor for the construction of said
.mp-rovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
`appToved by this Council .
