BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement dated November
-27005, in conjunction with construction of four new homes
Q -within Enterprise Zone boundaries, by and between Iowa Department
f Economic Development of Des Moines, Iowa and Three Kids and a
LLC of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
o ncl the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
cute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
