H ., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
fiat the Agreement dated November 7, 2005, at a cost of
I , 500 . 00, in conjunction with preparation of U. S . Environmental
N ' ibtection Agency 2006 Brownfield Assessment grant application,
c and between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and
ix=e City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
c, rrd the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
c� pity of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
