yQ MOBILEMONEY, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s -ztrrat the Agreement dated November 7, 2005, to lease an ATM at the
Waterloo Regional Airport for an additional six months at a cost
N o $150 . 00 per month, by and between MOBILEMONEY, INC. , and the
o ,`pity of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
=tie Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
