WHEREAS, Donald and Karen Macdonald, 138 W. Schrock Road,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

November 7, 2005, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
with-the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
Donald and Karen Macdonald, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
